Difficulty level:

This 6-week indoor pool course is for women aged 18+ who can already swim any stroke and are comfortable swimming in the deep end of the pool.

We will cover the basics of the front crawl technique including feeling comfortable with breathing in the water (face in); achieving the correct body position; front crawl arms and rotation; front crawl kick and front crawl timing.

Whilst you do not need to be super-fit you will need to have a basic level of fitness and be able to comfortably swim at least 6 lengths of a 25m pool without stopping.
