Difficulty level:

This 6-week indoor pool course is for women aged 18+ who can already swim any stroke and are comfortable swimming and treading water in the deep end of a pool.

We will cover the basics of the front crawl technique including feeling comfortable with breathing in the water (face in); achieving the correct body position; front crawl arms and rotation; front crawl kick and front crawl timing.

Whilst you do not need to be super-fit you will need to have a basic level of fitness and be able to comfortably swim at least 4 lengths of a 25m pool without stopping.

Training aids will be provided but you will need to purchase a pair of short-blade swim fins (I can recommend what to buy).
