This 6-week indoor pool course is for front crawl swimmers aged 18+ who would like to improve their front crawl technique, efficiency and endurance.
It is for swimmers who feel comfortable with ‘face in’ breathing in the water and can swim at least 4 lengths of front crawl reasonably comfortably, but need to rest regularly.
Each session will include drills and exercises that focus on maintaining the correct body position, improved posture, leg kick, breathing technique and the arm action needed to gain efficiency, endurance and speed.
Maximum of 5 swimmers per course to ensure individual attention.
