This 4-week indoor pool course is for women aged 18+ who would like to improve their front crawl efficiency and technique.
This course is for swimmers who feel comfortable with ‘face in’ breathing in the water and can swim a small number of lengths of front crawl reasonably comfortably, but need to rest regularly.
Each session will include drills and exercises that focus on maintaining the correct body position, leg kick, breathing technique and the arm action needed to gain efficiency and speed.
