Pool-based sessions are ideal for someone who wants to build water confidence; learn how to breathe with your face in the water; experienced swimmers looking for a technique check.  Likewise, open water sessions are ideal for nervous beginners looking for a little bit of extra support or experienced swimmers looking to build on their open water swimming skills. Whatever you need – I can help!

These sessions are also ideal for a small group of friends who are at a similar swimming level and want to try open water swimming for the first time or training for an event together.
